CORE VALUES & MISSION

Cultivating Excellence By Design

The 24-25 school year marks a milestone in the history of Girls Prep Bronx II; this will be the first time we are offering a complete Kindergarten through 8th grade educational journey under one roof. This fall our elementary and middle school scholars will be welcomed into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility specifically designed with their growth and learning in mind. With this expansion, we deepen our commitment to designing an environment where joy and learning go hand in hand. Our continued commitment to recognizing scholars for both their academic achievements and their demonstration of our core values of scholarship, excellence, community, and integrity, will unify our youngest scholars with their older “sisters”, launching them on a dynamic educational path that leads to their highest level of success.

    WHAT SETS US APART?

    Robust Academic Offerings

At both the elementary and middle school levels, students engage in an approach that thoughtfully builds independence and empowers students to take ownership of their learning and goals. Public Prep believes in a balanced approach that builds a solid foundational skill set for all students, sparks curiosity, and cultivates a joy for and love of learning with an emphasis on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), and the Arts.

    WHAT SETS US APART?

    Community and Belonging

We believe that education extends beyond the classroom. We cultivate a vibrant community by hosting family events and offering enriching after-school programs. These activities not only enhance our scholars' learning experiences but also strengthen the bonds between students, families, and educators. Through these initiatives, we aim to create an environment where every girl feels supported, connected, and empowered to reach her full potential. Whether it's a science fair that brings families together in celebration of learning or a coding club that meets after school, each event and program is designed to complement our academic curriculum and nurture a sense of belonging and teamwork.

    WHAT SETS US APART?

    Education That Fits

We understand that each scholar has unique needs and strengths. It is our commitment to provide a personalized education that truly fits your child. Whether your scholar is an English Language Learner, advanced in their coursework, requires an Individualized Education Program (IEP), or has unique social/emotional needs, we are equipped to support them. Our approach is inclusive and adaptive, ensuring every student receives the attention and resources they need to be their best.
